We do not have a storefront or a showroom where customers can come to shop. We apologize for this inconvenience. All orders must be placed on our website where you can choose your delivery method.

We do not have coupons, or samples available for general distribution. However, there are often items offered on discount. We hope you will have the opportunity to take advantage of these discounts.

You can receive updates on current products and any existing discounted item by imputting your email and clicking on the "Join" button.

While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

We understand that plans change. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please notify us by email at  tres.belle.cosmetique@gmail.com  within 3 hours of submitting your order. Please include the following details: Your Name,  Your Order Number, your reason for cancellation and your Payment Method.

We cannot cancel or modify an order after it has been processed and transferred to the courier service for delivery.
